Spray polyurea waterproof material is composed of raw materials such as prepolymers, polyetheramines, and amine chain extenders, and is formed by on-site spraying of polyurea elastomers. This technology organically combines new materials, new equipment, and new processes, making it a revolutionary leap forward in traditional construction techniques.
Mainly used for waterproofing in fields such as water conservancy engineering, buildings, tunnels and bridges, sports venues, amusement facilities, underground engineering, and power plant cooling towers.

Note: The above parameters are the physical properties tested after 7 days of curing with 25±2℃ relative humidity of 50%± 5% after spraying under standard conditions with domestic host and domestic spray gun.
Mix component B thoroughly until completely uniform before construction; A/B ratio: A: B=1:1 (volume ratio);
It is recommended to use the high-temperature and high-pressure impact mixing equipment designated by our company during construction;
Coating thickness: 1-2mm (depending on user requirements); Theoretical coating rate: 1.1kg/m2/mm;
Painting interval: The shortest time is not limited, and the longest time should not exceed 18 hours (temperature 25 ℃, humidity 50%)
Note: Coatings of component A that have not been used up should be sealed and stored after nitrogen filling; This system is solvent-free and it is strictly prohibited to add any diluent.
Drying time:
Surface dryness: ≤ 1 minute, walking intensity can be achieved within 10 minutes (temperature 25 ℃, humidity 50%).
During construction, the substrate temperature should be at least 3 ℃ higher than the dew point, and the environmental humidity should be ≤ 90% RH. Good ventilation should be ensured during construction in enclosed spaces.
