    Product overview

    Super Tough Polyurea Waterproof Material is a two-component, manually brushed flexible waterproof material composed of prepolymers, chain extenders, fillers, and other raw materials. It is easy to apply and can adapt to various DIY scenarios on site. Long operation period and fast curing speed; On site mixing, brushing, scraping, and rolling to form, with excellent waterproof and weather resistance.

    Typical properties:

    1. The 1:1 golden mixing ratio reduces the probability of uneven mixing;
    2. Integrating the contradiction between ultra long construction period and rapid solidification;
    3. Can cure normally at minus 10 degrees Celsius, without the drawbacks of incomplete curing at low temperatures of conventional products;
    4. Good adhesion to surfaces such as cement, steel, and old coatings, and primer is not necessary for non long-term immersion conditions;
    5. High physical strength, good film-forming performance, long-lasting beauty;
    6. High cost-effectiveness and diverse construction forms.

    GB/T 16777-2008:A method

    Construction instructions:

    • A/B ratio: A: B=1:1 (weight ratio), strictly follow the ratio when using, and must be mixed and stirred evenly.
    • Before use, thoroughly stir component B until it reaches the bottom of the bucket without any sediment. Accurately weigh the required weight according to the weight ratio specified in the packaging, pour it into the ingredient container, mechanically stir for 1-2 minutes, pour it into a new bucket, and continue stirring for 1-2 minutes until it is evenly mixed before construction can begin.
    • Can perform brushing, scraping, and roller coating operations.
    • The thickness of a single construction should not exceed 300μm, and it is recommended to construct two to three layers.
    • Theoretical coating rate: 1.25Kg/m2/mm.
    • Repainting interval: minimum 2 hours, maximum 24 hours.
    • The mixed paint should be used up within 30 minutes.
    • The used component A should be sealed and stored after nitrogen filling.

    Substrate processing:

    Concrete substrate: The concrete should be completely dried (freshly made concrete needs to be hydrated and dried for 28 days), and any loose impurities on the surface should be removed; Use putty to repair and level holes and cracks.

    Metal substrate: Sandblasting to Sa2.5 level. For defective areas such as welds, use a grinding wheel to smooth out burrs and protrusions, ensuring a smooth transition of the entire substrate. Hand polish to St3 level, using an angle grinder to polish the metal surface evenly and without omissions, and clean the dust thoroughly. If necessary, use organic solvents (such as acetone) for cleaning.

    Ensure that the surface of the substrate is clean, dry, free of oil stains, dust, etc. before construction.

    Construction conditions:

    The coating temperature is 5-35 ℃, the relative humidity is below 90%, and the

    surface temperature of the substrate is above 3 ℃ above the dew point.

    Due to severe weather conditions such as rain, snow, and strong sandstorms,

    outdoor painting is not allowed.

    The construction site should ensure good ventilation, while also isolating and

    keeping away from sources of heat.

    Construction method: Roller coating, brush coating, or adding some solvents for

    spraying can be used.

    Tool cleaning: methyl ethyl ketone, butyl ester, xylene, etc.

    Packaging specifications: Component A: 10Kg/barrel, Component B: 10Kg/barrel.

    Storage: This product should be stored in a cool, dry, and ventilated indoor

    warehouse. It is recommended to store it at -15 ℃~40 ℃ and avoid heat and fire sources. The packaging container remains sealed and has a shelf life of 12 months.
