Product Description

Pre-assembled box type substation (hereinafter referred to as box transformer) is a factory Pre-assembled complete set of distribution equipment that combines high-voltage distribution equipment, transformers, and low-voltage distribution equipment according to a certain wiring scheme, serving as a complete set of distribution substations for receiving and distributing electrical energy. The box transformer meets the requirements of GB/T17467-1998 "High Voltage/Low Voltage Pre-assembled Substation" and is suitable for 10/0.4KV, 50HZ, 30-2000KVA power users. It is widely used in residential communities, buildings, airports, stations, docks, ports, industrial and mining enterprises, etc., especially as temporary construction electricity.

The box transformer has the advantages of strong completeness, compact structure, small volume, beautiful appearance, large selectivity, convenient installation and debugging, and mobility. The combined substation with the same capacity only occupies about 1/5 of the area of the ground construction station, greatly reducing the construction cost, land cost, and construction design workload, saving about 30% of investment. Users can avoid applying for construction projects, achieving low investment and fast results.

Maximum temperature: +40°C, minimum temperature: -25°C. Maximum daily average temperature: +30°C, maximum annual average temperature: +20°C.
When the temperature is +25°C, the relative air temperature does not exceed 90%.
Wind speed does not exceed 35m/s.
Earthquake horizontal acceleration is 0.4 m/s² and vertical acceleration is 0.2 m/s².
The installation place is free from fire, explosion danger, chemical corrosion and violent vibration, and the inclination is not more than 3℃.

Unique Structure: The unique honeycomb structure has a double-layer (composite board) outer shell that is sturdy, heat-insulating and ventilated, aesthetically pleasing, and has a high level of protection. The outer shell materials include stainless steel alloy, aluminum alloy, cold-rolled plate, color steel plate, ceramic tile, wooden strip, new environmentally friendly material, and surface watercolor painting optional.

The high-voltage ring main unit can be equipped with a network automation terminal (FTU) to achieve reliable detection of short circuits and single-phase grounding faults, with the "four remote" function, facilitating the upgrading of distribution network automation. This series is widely used in urban power grid renovation, residential communities, high-rise buildings, factories and mines, hotels, shopping malls, airports, railways, oil fields, docks, highways, and temporary electrical facilities and other indoor and outdoor locations.
