    Product overview

    This product is a solvent-free, low viscosity, two-component polyurethane foam cured at room temperature. Has good flame retardant performance, very low water absorption, cold and heat shock resistance, excellent weather resistance; It has the advantages of ultra-long stirring time, and can be cured in low temperature environment, and low heat release temperature.

    Scope of application

    This product can be used for dust-proof, fireproof, moisture-proof and condensation sealing at the bottom of various electrical cabinets and communication cabinets, as well as smoke, dust and insect prevention sealing of floor or wall components.

    Instructions for use

    1. Humidity: the object to be poured should be dry and damp.
    2. The storage time of this product is too long, it will be stratified, please stir well before use.
    3. Preparation: Prepare gloves and scissors in the accessory of the object to be poured. (Add mixing rod in barrel for spare)
    4. Mixed pouring: bag, remove the space bar in the transparent bag, knead quickly with both hands, 15-20 seconds, cut the upper corner, quickly and evenly pour into the poured object; In barrels, open the package, pour the primary agent (dark gray), pour the curing agent (brown), stir in the same direction as far as possible at a constant speed for about 20 seconds, observe the main agent and curing agent stirring evenly, quickly and evenly pour into the poured object.
    5. Curing: 10-30 minutes to complete foaming, 1-2 hours with initial strength. Initial cure after 4 hours.

    Storage, transportation and precautions:

    1. Store at room temperature (25 ± 5 ℃), constant humidity (45~85% RH), in a dark and sealed place away from light.
    2. Please use the corresponding product model and weigh accurately.
    3. This type of product belongs to non hazardous materials and is stored and transported as a general chemical. The storage period of the product can be found in the packaging drum.
    4. This result is obtained from laboratory standard spline testing, and the customer needs to verify its adaptability in application.
    5. When testing the flame retardant performance, the rubber strip should be completely cured. Incomplete curing of the rubber strip will affect the flame retardant performance test results.
    6. During use, prevent splashing and accidental contact. Rinse with plenty of water for 15 minutes. For more serious cases, please contact medical attention.
