This product is a single component room temperature cured silicone rubber. It can be stored in a sealed container for a long time. When it comes into contact with air, it absorbs moisture from the air and solidifies from the surface of the adhesive layer to the inside of the adhesive layer. When the ambient temperature and humidity increase, it accelerates the curing of the product, releasing only trace amounts of low molecules during curing. It has good adhesion and sealing performance for the vast majority of materials, excellent electrical insulation performance, moisture resistance, corona resistance, and shock absorption and buffering effect. It has excellent high-temperature aging resistance, with a temperature range of -60 ℃+260 ℃, UV resistance, rain and hail resistance, cold and hot shock resistance, and outdoor aging resistance. It has the characteristics of easy use, strong adhesion, and good sealing performance. The product is a neutral insulation coating adhesive, which is solvent-free, non-toxic, and non corrosive, and meets the requirements of the EU environmental directive.
This product is an adhesive used in the power sector, mainly for surface insulation coating of metal wires in power lines.

All data were tested after 7 days of curing at 20 ~ 25℃ and 40 ~ 70%RH.
◆Cleaning the surface: Clean the surface of the adhered or coated material to remove dust and oil stains.
◆ Glue application: Remove the product from the packaging and load it into the coating robot equipment, and apply it in the air at a speed of ≥ 2.5 meters/minute. The thickness of the applied insulation coating should be between 2.5mm and 4mm, with uniform coating thickness and no dents or broken adhesive on the surface.
◆ Curing: The coated metal wire is fully exposed to air and cured at room temperature and relative humidity of 40-70%. The coating thickness is 2mm to 3mm after 24 hours of curing. As time goes on, the curing thickness gradually deepens.
◆ Precautions: After the operation is completed, the unfinished glue should be sealed and stored immediately. If there is a slight crust on the sealing area during reuse, it can be removed without affecting the use.
◆ It should be stored in a sealed container, away from light, heat, and in a well ventilated and dry environment;
◆ Store in a cool and dry place below 28 ℃ for a period of 10 months.
