    Product Description

    GGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is suitable for power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises and other power users to convert, distribute, and control electrical energy for power, lighting, and distribution equipment in distribution systems with AC 50Hz, rated working voltage 380V, and rated current up to 3150A. This product has high segmentation ability, rated short time withstand current of 50KA, and features of flexible circuit schemes, convenient combination, strong practicality, and novel structure. This product is one of the representative products of assembled and fixed panel switchgear in China.

    The product conforms to GB7251.1 "Low-voltage complete sets of switchgear", IEC439 "Low-voltage complete sets of switchgear and control equipment" and other standards.

    Structural characteristics

    • The cabinet adopts the form of general-purpose cabinet, and the frame is assembled by local welding of 8MF cold-formed steel, and the steel and load-bearing capacity of the frame can meet the safety requirements of electrical components and ensure the precision and quality of the cabinet.
    • The components of the general-purpose cabinet are designed according to the modular principle, and the mounting holes are arranged according to the E=20mm and E=10mm modules in order to improve the versatility of product assembly. 
    • In the design of the switchgear, the heat dissipation problem of the cabinet during operation is fully considered. There are different numbers of heat dissipation slots at the upper and lower ends of the cabinet. When the electrical components inside the cabinet heat up, the heat rises and is discharged through the upper slot holes. Cold air continuously supplements the cabinet through the lower slot holes, forming a natural air duct from bottom to top to maintain good heat dissipation performance. The heat dissipation holes are sealed with steel wire mesh plates to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation.
    •  In accordance with the requirements of modern industrial product modeling design, the switchgear cabinet adopts the method of golden section ratio to design the cabinet shape and the partition size of each part, which makes the whole cabinet beautiful and generous, with a new look.
    • The cabinet door is connected with the frame by pivot type movable hinge, which is easy to install and dismantle. The folded edge of the door are embedded with a mountain-shaped rubber molding strip. When the door is closed, the embedded strip between the door and the frame has a certain compression performance, which can prevent the door and the cabinet from direct collision and improve the protection level of the door. 
    • Cabinet face paint adopts electrostatic spraying, which has the characteristics of strong adhesion and good texture. The whole cabinet is matte in color, avoiding the glare effect. The mounting parts inside the cabinet are galvanized and passivated. 
    • The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when needed for easy assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on site, and the four corners of the cabinet top are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and transportat.

    Environmental conditions of use

    • Ambient temperature: -5℃-+40℃. The average temperature within 24h is not higher than +35℃.
    • Altitude: 2000m and below.
    • Relative humidity: not more than 50% at a maximum temperature of 40°C, higher relative humidity permitted at lower temperatures.
    • The inclination of the equipment to the vertical plane when installed does not exceed 5 degrees.
    • The equipment should be installed in a place without severe vibration and impact, as well as in a place that is not sufficient to corrode electrical components. Note: any special requirements can be solved in consultation with our company.
