Product Description

KYN28-24 armored removable AC metal enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is used in indoor three-phase 50Hz and rated voltage 24KV power systems. It is mainly used in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, and high-rise buildings to receive and distribute electrical energy, and to control, protect, and monitor circuits.

The KYN28-24 switchgear has various anti-misoperation functions, including preventing the movement of the handcart under load, preventing the closing of the circuit breaker in the closed position of the grounding switch, preventing live closing of the grounding switch, and preventing accidental entry into the live isolation room.

Product Features

• Divided into four separate compartments, with an enclosure protection level of IP4X, and a protection level of IP2X when the doors of each compartment and circuit breaker room are opened;

• Having overhead incoming and outgoing lines, cable incoming and outgoing lines, and other functional schemes, which can be arranged and combined to form various forms of distribution devices; 

• The shell is made of imported aluminum zinc coated thin steel plate, processed by CNC machine tool, and adopts multiple folding processes, which not only provide high precision, strong corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, but also make the cabinet lighter in weight, higher in mechanical strength, and more aesthetically pleasing than other similar equipment cabinets;
• The cabinet adopts an assembled structure, connected by rivet nuts and high-strength bolts.

Environmental conditions for use

• Upper limit of environmental temperature:+40 ℃. Lower limit of environmental temperature: -10 ℃. Daily average temperature not exceeding 35 ℃. 
• Altitude: 1000m and below.
• Relative humidity: daily average not exceeding 95%, monthly average not exceeding 90%.
•  Earthquake intensity: not exceeding level 8.
• Water vapor pressure: the daily average value does not exceed 2.2Kpa, and the monthly average value does not exceed 1.8Kpa. 
• The equipment should be installed in a place without fire, explosion hazards, severe pollution, chemical corrosion, and severe vibration. Note: special requirements can be resolved through negotiation with our company.
