    Product overview

    This product is a solvent-free, low viscosity, two-component room temperature cured polyurethane foam. Has good flame retardant properties, extremely low water absorption, resistance to cold and hot impacts, and excellent weather resistance; It has the advantages of long stirring time, solidification in low temperature environment, and low heat release temperature.

    Scope of application

    This product can be used for dust-proof, fireproof, moisture-proof, and anti condensation sealing at the bottom of various electrical cabinets and communication cabinets, as well as for smoke proof, dust-proof, and insect proof sealing of floor slabs or through wall components.

    Instructions for use

    1. Humidity: The poured object should be dry and free of moisture.
    2. If this product is stored for too long, it may layer. Please mix it evenly before use.
    3. Preparation: Prepare gloves and scissors for use near the object being poured. (Add mixing rod for backup in barrels)
    4. Mixed pouring: bagged, remove the middle divider of the transparent bag, quickly pinch with both hands for 15-20 seconds, cut open the upper corner, and quickly and evenly pour into the poured object; In barrels, open the packaging, pour in the main agent (dark gray), pour in the curing agent (brown), and stir at a constant speed in the same direction for about 20 seconds. Observe that the main agent and curing agent are stirred evenly, and quickly and evenly pour into the poured object.
    5. Curing: 10-30 minutes, complete foaming, 1-2 hours with initial strength. Initial curing will occur after 4 hours.

    Storage, transportation and precautions:

    1. Store at room temperature (25 ± 5 ℃), constant humidity (45~85% RH), in a dark and sealed place away from light.
    2. Please use the corresponding product model and weigh accurately.
    3. This type of product belongs to non hazardous materials and is stored and transported as a general chemical. The storage period of the product can be found in the packaging drum.
    4. This result is obtained from laboratory standard spline testing, and the customer needs to verify its adaptability in application.

    5.When testing the flame retardant performance, the rubber strip should be completely cured. Incomplete curing of the rubber strip will affect the flame retardant performance test results.

    1. During use, prevent splashing and accidental contact. Rinse with plenty of water for 15 minutes. For more serious cases, please contact medical attention.
